Famous Park a Symbol of Diversity : Mayor

A home to thousands of plant species, the Bogor Botanical Gardens serves as the front yard of Bogor and the lungs of the city. Most importantly, the park is a symbol of diversity for the children of Indonesia.

Commenting on the celebrations for the 200th anniversary of the Bogor Botanical Gardens, Bogor Mayor Bima Arya said he could not imagine what life for Bogor’s resident would be like without the presence of the urban forest.
